Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with INEPAUSE™️! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European Union countries
- Australia and New Zealand
If your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@inepause.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
United States
- Standard Shipping (FREE): 3-6 business days
- Express Shipping (paid): 1-3 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping (FREE): 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping (paid): 3-5 business days
Rest of World
- Standard Shipping (FREE): 7-14 business days
- Express Shipping (paid): 4-7 business days
Please note: these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons (holidays), or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All orders qualify for FREE shipping — no minimum purchase required. This is displayed clearly throughout our website and at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States with a value under $800 USD are not subject to import duties under the US de minimis threshold. For orders above this amount, import duties and taxes may apply.
For international orders outside the US, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
INEPAUSE™️ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If you have questions about customs in your country, please contact your local customs office.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. INEPAUSE™️ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@inepause.com. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking link for updates
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Contact us at hello@inepause.com with your order number
We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products before opening further, and contact us at hello@inepause.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
