1. Our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 100-day money-back guarantee on all INEPAUSE™️ products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 100 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

We believe so strongly in our products that we want you to have plenty of time to experience them. Life gets busy, and we understand that you may not get to your kit right away.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at hello@inepause.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions
  • Ship the item back to the address we provide
  • Keep your shipping tracking number as proof of return
  • Refund will be issued within 5-10 business days of receiving your return


3. Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 100 days of delivery
  • The product should be returned in its original or reasonably used condition
  • Items should be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it, depending on your financial institution.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@inepause.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property
  • Contact your local postal carrier
  • Contact us at hello@inepause.com if the package is still missing after 3 business days

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where possible, send a replacement or issue a refund.


8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items returned after the 100-day guarantee period
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence


9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at hello@inepause.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
